My approach

Many therapists and trainees reach a point where questions about professional presence start to surface.

How to describe their work. How visible to be. What feels appropriate to share – and what doesn’t.

I come to this work as a designer with many years of experience, alongside lived experience of therapy and current training as a counsellor.

I support therapists, trainee counsellors, and organisations to think carefully about how they present their work (online and beyond) in ways that feel aligned with who they are as human beings, what they value, and where they are in their professional journey.

The aim isn’t visibility for its own sake, but a sense of steadiness and coherence over time.

This work is about finding language, structure, and presence that feel accurate to the reality of your work: supporting clear boundaries, thoughtful communication, and a way of being seen that feels manageable and honest.

This work is about shaping language, structure, and presence in ways that feel true to their work.

It creates space for clear boundaries, thoughtful communication, and visibility that feels safe enough to hold.

who

I work with counsellors, trainee counsellors, and organisations in the mental health and wellbeing field, as well as purpose-led practitioners whose work is rooted in care.

how

The work begins with a conversation, followed by a clear and thoughtful process that supports professional communication and presence. All projects are carried out directly with me, from start to finish.

why

Communication rooted in care helps the right clients recognise themselves.
A considered professional presence supports boundaries and allows visibility to unfold more gently.

where

Based in Brighton, I collaborate with practitioners across the UK, London, and Europe.
Projects can be led in English, French (my native language), or bilingually if that feels more supportive.

This work is design and strategy support. It is not therapy, supervision, or a substitute for either. While therapeutic thinking informs how I work, all projects remain firmly within a professional, non-clinical frame.

For those who recognise themselves in this way of working, more details can be found on the services page.
A conversation can also be a good place to begin, if that feels right.
